Sound Bath with In Harmony

This is a restorative experience for your mind, body, and spirit. Pure vibrational energies relax the body, clear the subconscious mind, and activate your body's natural healing systems. In Harmony works with a variety of sound tools and instruments to create an immersive listening journey. There are many immediate and long term benefits to attending a sound bath. Sound has a tremendous influence over our functionality, affecting us on a cellular level. Impacting how we feel and function. Sound baths use vibrational frequency to help reduce stress and create a sense of deep peace and well being for better health. This allows the body’s energy to be naturally restored and retuned to the natural stress-free rhythm. In addition to relaxation, listeners may encounter increased sense of wellbeing, expanded awareness, and visionary experiences.

The sound bath is usually experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the sound meditation - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, bolster, etc.  The studio also has some mats, blankets, and bolsters available in case you forget or don't have any.

We suggest a donation in the range of $11 - $33 per person, however, if you are unable to donate this much, come anyway and  donate what you can.

The studio will be open 20 minutes before the starting time of this event.  The studio does not have a designated parking area, however free street parking is available.
