In this transformative 3-part class, you will develop the skills to tap into your presence, untangle complex thoughts and emotions, and bring clarity and harmony into your life.  You will learn how to uncover your essential truths and use them to align your thoughts and actions. When we are aligned with our truths, we step into our power, see things more clearly, and create more ease in our relationships. 

This class is for those seeking self-discovery, heightened awareness, and the transformative power of visualization. Our time together will include meditation, guided visualizations, journaling, and sharing in a warm and supportive environment.

The class will meet on three dates: January 23, January 30, and February 6. Participants should plan to attend all three sessions to gain the full benefit of this course.
