The sound ceremony is usually experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the sound ceremony - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, bolster, etc.  The studio also has some mats, blankets, and bolsters available in case you forget or don't have any.

The studio will be open 20 minutes before the starting time of this event.  The studio does not have a designated parking area, however free street parking is available.
