Sound Bath with Sara Harvey Yao

A sound bath is a unique event where participants are immersed in a variety of sound vibrations and frequencies through the use of sound tools and instruments. The variety of soundscapes that emerge create an environment in which the nervous system can relax deeply (and quickly), and participants enjoy benefits similar to deep meditation that include a sense of calm, clarity, as well as a reconnection to self and spirit. 

Sara works with a variety of alchemy crystal singing bowls, her voice, other instruments and her intuition to create an immersive and healing experience. 

Cushioned mats are available. Feel free to bring anything else to create more comfort such as a blanket or pillow. Chairs available if needed, but most participants opt to lie down.
