Winter Solstice Celebration

Join Michael, Wayne, and Roger for a cosmic celebration of the longest night! We will use kundalini yoga and the sounds from a variety of gongs to create a joyful experience that your mind, body, and spirit will appreciate.

Following a gentle kundalini yoga set, the chimes and gongs will ease us into deep relaxation. Then as earthly form and thoughts begin to dissolve, the mighty gongs provide a full immersion into sound energy! No prior experience is needed, the movement and sound will simply meet you where you are and take you wherever you need to go. We’ll end with some time for community and sweets.

Many have found that kundalini yoga and gong sound energy can open pathways to relax, ease stress and anxiety, quiet their mind, balance energy, meditate, release emotional tension, retune internal systems, deepen spiritual connection, heal themselves, inspire creativity, or feel a deep sense of peace.

The sound immersion is usually experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position. Please bring whatever you need to be comfortable - yoga mat, blankets, pillow, cushion for under the knees, water, eye covering, etc. The studio also has mats and blankets in case you forget or don't have them. 

Allow for time to find parking and please arrive 10 -15 minutes early to settle in.
